- Prawn is halal according to the three Imams, namely Imam Malik R,A, Imam Shafi’i R.A and Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal R.A, because according to them, all aquatic animals except a few aquatic animals are halal, but according to the Hanafis, all aquatic animals except fish are haraam, so the Hanafi scholars differ on the status and prohibition of prawns: some Hanafi scholars have called it halal by declaring it a type of fish, while the research of some other scholars is that prawns are not a type of fish because it shows no signs of fish in it, so it is haraam, because it is a divisive issue, and three Imams and some of the Hanafis are convinced of being halal, so following the research of these scholars, those who eat it should not be punished or cursed. And even those who do not eat prawns should not be cursed.
- The lizard is a predatory animal, it is permissible to kill it, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) allowed it to be killed, actually ordered it to be killed, and the reward for killing it is also mentioned even like if it is killed in the first blow. quantities of reward are higher than killed in second blow which in turn are higher than the third blow.

وما الرویان او الاربیان الذی یسمی فی اللغلۃ المصریۃ ( جمیری ) وفی اللغۃا لاردیۃ ( جھینگا ) وفی الانکیلیزیۃ shrimp اورprawn فلا شک فی حلتہ عند الائمۃ الثلاثۃ، لان جمیع حیوانات البحر حلال عندھم واما عند الحنفیۃ ،فیتوقف جوازہ علی انہ سمک اولا، فذکر غیر واحد من اھل اللغۃ انہ نوع من السمک :
قال ابن درید فی جمھرۃ اللغۃ (414:3) ازبیان ضرب من السمک واقرہ فی القاموس و تاج العروس (145:1) و کذلک وال الدمیری فی حیاۃ الحیوان (1:473 ) :”الروبیان ھو سمک صغیر جدا احمر” وافتی غیر واحد من الخیفۃ بجوازہ بناء علی ذلک ، مثل صاحب الفتاویٰ الحمادیہ وقال شیخ مشایخنا التھانوی رحمۃ اللہ فی امداد الفتاویٰ (103:4) لم یثبت بدلیل ان للسمک خواص لازمۃ تنتفی السمکیۃ بانتفائھا ،فالمدار علی قول العدول المبصرین۔۔۔۔ وان حیاۃ الحیوان للدمیری الذی یبحث عن ماھیات الحیوان یصرح بان الروبیان ھو سمک صغیر ۔۔۔فانی مطمئن الی الآن بانہ سمک،ولعل اللہ یحدث بعد ذلک امراً ولکن خیرا علم الحیوان الیوم لا یعتبرون سمکا ویذکرون کنوع مستقل ویقولون : انہ من اسرۃ السرطان دون السمک .
"عن أبي هريرة، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «من قتل وزغةً في أول ضربة فله كذا وكذا حسنة، ومن قتلها في الضربة الثانية فله كذا وكذا حسنة، لدون الأولى، وإن قتلها في الضربة الثالثة فله كذا وكذا حسنة، لدون الثانية»".
